Account stolen

Hello everyone. My account stolen and i sent a support ticked . I think i gave them enough information about my account to prove them its mine. So they replied me and he said to "send him 2 of my paysafe Transaction ID's" , but i dont have them ;/. I used them before 8-9 months and i I threw in the trash(didnt know the cards will be useful). So i answered them "i dont have the transaction ID's and i used them a long time ago". Then he told me "they cant do anything without the Transaction IDs and i should send support ticket to the paysafecard".The paysafecard told me "they cant do anything without the serial number of the cards". I sent a reply to the z8game support ticked that "i cant give them the transaction IDs because i dont have the paysafecards" and i asked them "what about if someone never payed for ZP and his account stolen how he will give you the transaction IDs if he never bought ZP?"it would be another way to take my account back" . One month passed and i am still waiting for their answer. I spend about 200 euro on my account and thats why i try my best to take it back.
How my account stolen? So as i remember is was almost or same with the z8games and there was a survey to receive ZP for free. So i loged in to complete the survey and the next time my account gone.

So guys i need your help , tell me what i should do and please understand me.

A survey got your acc? Was it in the Free ZP?
That is weird unless you did another survey outside of z8games website.

It wasnt the official site of z8games . It was a fake website which it sayed. Complete a survey to receive your ZP. I puted my info to login into the website. Thought it was z8game's website because it was the same as z8games.com

You should have received an email from paysafe that serves as your receipt for the transaction. Within that email you would have seen that transaction ID that support want.

My account stolen before 5-6 months and i I did not expect that my account will be steal by someone i deleted all my email because i have a lot of email that they offers me items to buy / or completing a survey to earn money . They sent me this emails because i completed some surveys where i put my email to earn something like ZP so i thought it was real . By the way if i knew its a fake/scam page i wouldnt put my information there. As i said before that page where i put my account info it was the same with the official z8games site. If someone never bought ZP and his account stolen he cant send ransaction ID right? So it would be another way to get my account back.

As i can see my character is in a Turkish clan and my account didnt register with Turkish IP my account registered with Cyprus IP so if someone will ask this guys who stole my account what was my account registered info. He wont tell you because he dont know anything abount my registered info.

That right there... 5-6 months. That's a very long time for one to notice that their account isn't theirs anymore. That doesn't really demonstrate diligent account responsibility.

Well you deleted your only hope. You won't be able to get your transaction IDs and therefore won't satisfy Support's request for another form of proving ownership.

You need to read the scam PSA again. Z8 does not have any sort of ZP transaction outside of z8games.com; whether it be selling ZP or looking at surveys.
Being scammed doesn't mean you'll get your account back. It just shows you fell for a scam. Read the Terms of Service to understand exactly the ins and outs of what you agreed to and what you should know and stuff.

Only through the support ticket please.
And they want those paysafe card transaction IDs done 8-9 months ago.
You can tell them your previous IPs as those are recorded on accounts.

So if i will give one IP which i played Crossfire for a Month they will give me my account back?

LoLs I had all the info of my account and i could not get it back because of the Slinky zp gift thats the only thing i needed Slinky gave me 10k zp from the event how am i suppose to know the freaking code? o.O
