Bit of an old thread, but one possible solution for your weapon bug is by relogging after exchanging from the Black Market. I know because multiple times I have won weapons from the Black Market, and in my haste, I throw them into my bags and jump into the first game that I see. Those are the times where your weapon might show up, but sometimes it acts invisible, and other times you have it and it does nothing.
