Hello'm already at a higher rank ... But I still can not buy points Z8 why not? I will always show that I would need to be level 6?

Are you sergeant 1 or sergeant 2?

You can buy ZP at sergeant 2.

That means you're currently level 5, you need Staff Sergeant 2 to buy ZP.
