Meh, no need to upgrade for that minor difference.
But if you mobo lacks a processor (and specially if it uses an integrated gpu), the 3770k is more convenient.

Clock for clock, a 3770k is about 10%-20% better than a 2600k. And as overclocking goes, a 3770k will be a better overclocker than 2600k upto about 1.35v. After that, the temps will soar to unacceptable amounts.
For people using a 2500k and 2600k, there's absolutely no reason for you all to upgrade to IB. Maybe wait for "TOCK" CPUs to come out next year. (Haswell)

Haswell's igp will be da sht (in terms of integrated graphics solutions). Remember that AMD is still better than Intel when we speak about integrated cards, but for how long?
You can expect the iGPU in Haswell (GT1 and GT2) to be about 60% better than HD4000.
