ok i play this game about for 2 years and every day I just see the text coming up:

"sl noob or scar light noob etc... "

which idiot invent that sl is noob?

Its not noob coz noob can't even buy it. Its only available from SFC1 rank or ppl who uses word noob actualy don't know what its actualy means?

The gun is extremely overpowered. Tight spray pattern, above average damage, etc. etc. While it's not as OP as the M12 is, it's still up there as being one of the most OP guns in the game for GP-only players.

I agree the term noob it's beginner at a task , this gun Isint new it's Ben there for long and noobs can't use it but bm u can win it for 7 days but it's is OP low recoil low spread and high power but I just say use what ever you need to win but stay legit.

The Scar Light is, statistically, the best weapon in the game.

Not the easiest to use (M12s), but the best.

It's easy to use, but that doesn't mean that it is a "noob" weapon. . .

Some people just like to cry about everything. You shouldn't care about what they say. Just use what ever you wanna use and have fun. Haters gonna hate.

Actually statistically the AK-47 is the best weapon in the game but you have to master it first. WTF are you talking about?

SL isn't even that good. Doesn't even do very much damage. Anyone calling it a noob weapon doesn't know what they're talking about.

well im not playing with sl all the time one of my other favorits is m4a1 customs, I dont bother what the ppl saying that im noob using sl but the most annoying thing is that get kicked by using it.

The damages are only 1 or 2 hit points away from the AK, which most people consider the most powerful rifle. Definitely low powered.

All the other stats such as DPS are slightly lower than the AK, but the Scrub Light's ridiculous spray pattern makes up for it. Even while running the bullets go in the same area.

This, if you are any good you can do better imo with the ak(scope is my variety) than with the sl. The problem is any scrub can pick up a SL and get a bunch of kills, its to easy to use.

I wouldn't call it noob weapon, Micro Galil or Mp7 is noob weapon cause only a noob would buy it but putting that aside Scar light is most certainly most annoying gun right next to m12 and kris.
Think of it as OP version of m4, and reason its called a noob weapon is cause its so easy to use that any re***d can be Ace with it, hence N00b weapon or Scrub Light or Skill Light.
Though I don't really care cause my Ak47 ra''pes them all.

how funny, that most of the people in this thread dont mention....the forumers.
actually, there was a time when not anybody hated the SL,
but the forumers (when there were only NA servers) raised so much hate about it, where are these haters now?
same with spop. the hate came from so many forumers.
its pathetic.

Flawed logic is flawed.

Most of the people in the game don't visit the forums, but you're saying the forumers somehow caused most people in the game to see certain guns as noob weapons and the SPOP as a noob character?

I think people get mad and call your gun noobish if you kill them no matter what you use,
I've used all types of guns and been called noob because of them like using awm RD/LM in sniper only's or sometimes I get called noob for using a gold gun
Chances are if you kill someone who has a big ego, they will get mad and call you and your gun noobish
I personally have nothing against the SL I think its an alright gun and people want to use it I have nothing against them and to the QQ'ers let them QQ while you pwn them because you bought a gun that was suitable for you not one that you are rubbish with just to avoid name calling
