OT: It's not the game that flags you as a cheater and gives you the error, it's programs running that aren't really compatible with CF. There is only one solution and that is to close any programs you don't need.

Try turning of your anti virus program and/or disable your firewall.

Hack Tool Detected is a mis-labelled error. It has basically nothing to due with hacks; just through disconnections between the client and servers. The error happens when the re-connection happens too fast (such as instantaneous).

That's why sometimes when you experience high lag you can literally DC out of a room with a hack-tool detected error. (one scenario)

There's nothing really you can do except to restart the client and play again. Also a continuous monitoring of your own internet can lead you to formulate good patterns on how your ping and lag lead to possible disconnects which would lead to the hack-tool detection. Which would further serve by possibly give information, if any, on potential better ISPs in your area that could limit the occurrence of hack-tool detection.
