Well pro, it sucks but you can always restart man, i mean now you learn from your mistakes, you can use it to your advantage :P If you are quitting, it was nice knowing you, you were a great clanmate and a friend. Hope to see you around Seattle some day

apparently some guys sent him an email looking like z8games is asking him for his info but it was badly written and propcgamer fell for it

The best way to make sure you account doesn't get hacked is too log in only to this website and into the game, they are the only two places that you should ever give your account information.

Don't even give it to your mom, she might download a aim.bot and go and pwn:D

I've had this account 3 years and it's never been randomly hacked, and you would of thought a colonel account with loads of ZP guns would be a prime target

i personally can't feel bad for people who lose there accounts to scam artiest on this game, its like giving some random person your SS number or Credit Card Number/pin. not to long ago i think there was a mod who got his jacked but then got it back.

delete it and keep moving, Z8 shouldn't send me any e-mails sense i have that option turned off

plus my e-mails are scanned by norton, and if i were to open it, admins or mods shouldn't ask me for my account info

Well first I would assess it like any other mail to decided whether it is spam or real.

1) Look at what they are telling/asking you (does it sound legit?).
2) Any login or security issues stated in the email raise red flags immediately.
3) Never mail any login or personal information back.
4) Hover over any links and make sure they point to the senders website i.e Z8games.com where you "must" enter information.
5) Check the email headers to see if it originated from the z8games domain.
6) If everything is ok click the link and then make sure your on the right website by checking the domain in the browser field.

I get a few emails from banks, sometimes my own requiring details or it will be closed shortly (obviously a scam).
