question about earing free zp ( surveys )

when i finish a survey to earn free zp
i get a page that confirm the success of the operation .. like this 1

but i don't recieve zp instantly
should i keep page open for 20 or 30 mins to recieve zp as this shows

or what does it mean?
please i want a detailed explanation for this

Here's the way you do surveys to make sure you get credited:

ALWAYS use Super Rewards and Sponsor Pay ; They have the fastest and best support system. Make sure you put in the correct email in the surveys as most support members require you to have an email sent from the survey provider.

Secondly, always take pictures/screenshots of the final/results page and upload them on websites like:

www.photobucket.com

or

www.tinypic.com
