So couple days before the patch I bought 250 Royal Crates just trying to go for my mauser royal dragon to complete my royal bag and with no success for a little bit but with patience I finally won!!

but as soon as i took this screenie I got a crossfire send error report things and my game crashed and so i went to look in my storage and its not there... can anyone help me? sent in a support ticket still waiting on response i know its a little late now but i thought it would take some time to come into my account but didnt...

O.O how much money was 250 royal dragon crates... Support can take up to 24-48 hours btw just letting you know.

24-48? nope, i sent a support ticket a week ago, stll didn't get a reply.

Wait for the response from support. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help you with this issue.

The moment you click the spin button, you get your reward before you even see it. A disconnect also gives you the reward. So something else is involved.

Wait for the response from Support. They will give you an answer.
