I have bought zp by gamecoin and not "gamecoin survey".

gamecoin says z8games should to give you the zp and Z8Games says gamecoin must give you the zp.

I just feel cheated. now nobody answer me for my zp

Gamecoin isn't Z8Games.

Take it up with Gamecoin, support hit the nail on the head.

Gamecoin is essentially Sometrics, Z8Games has no control over other companies.

Again, take it up with Gamecoin. Your game account is the receiving end, thus not responsible for any failed transactions made from outside sources.
