I'm kinda p*ssed

I'm kinda p*ssed at CF right now because they will not fix this problem. When I go to start CF it runs as usual untill i get an error message that says "The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please, restart game." Now, I have restarted the game, re-downloaded the game, and PM'd a GM, but they like to ignore people i guess. Personally i'm not sure why CF would like to loose money because if people cant play, they dont buy ZP, and if people dont buy ZP CF doesnt make money. So honestly I am just looking for a simple answer to my problems, but the Gm's have more important things to do than pay attention to the forums I guess.
