This is a new one...
The extent to which some idiots will go to get you kicked is just ridiculous. I was in a bio GM tonight when I heard and shot this noob. He immediately screams hack. He must've had a macro, it was that fast.
We go through the usual "xcalled hak!" (NO ONE gets my name right. Ever.
) and me replying "cool story, bro" (I was 9-0, so what?) And my teammates (being as they were not noobs) laughing at this guy on team chat.
So he gets ****ed that I'm not getting kicked. After doing the whole "I'll report all of GR " (yeah, tell me how that goes, will you) and "I know GM xyz personally" (suuuuure you do) he takes it one step further.
He began finding me every match, then crouch walking up to me, or twitching, or uses a spray. Me, being the observant fellow I am, of course kill him immediately. Then, he would, get this, use that as "proof" that I hack. At first I thought he was just making mistakes. But he crouch walked up to me as I was chatting, didnt kill me, instead moved slightly back and forth until I knifed him.
Fortunately my teammates saw this and publicly declined to kick me.
One last thing. All you noobs who think a good GR hacks, please, DO WHAT THIS GUY DID! I got free kills and made him look like the stupid ass he is.
Mission Success, Global Risk wins!

That's one huge problem with vote kicking, its available to everyone. Many kicks in the game are based on nonsense; mostly for having ace/good KDr, some kicks are for simply taking ace, that's all. Sadly sometimes entire idiotic teams refuse to kick the hacker for winning advantage, they do know that he can't be legit, but still, they keep him (mostly in TDMs).

People play a few matches of GM and suddenly become experts on what is and what isn't possible to do as a GR in ghost mode.
I love fragging some nab from across the map while he's failhopping, thinking he's pro, and chuckling while he rages about me hacking. Good times. -

I see it as a compliment. I'm so good that they feel the need to rage at me.Omegasigma wrote: »That's one huge problem with vote kicking, its available to everyone. I doubt any kickvote will ever fix that...One_Legend wrote: »Cool story bro, I get this everyday so its not new.
Then you must play with a lot of these dumbasses...I stopped playing ghost mode because of how many times I got kicked. If I'm trying to do a GM mission, I get kicked at least 15 times that day. Not mentioning other kicks in other modes. Just get over it, I don't care anymore personally.
I'm not raging - I love what he did. It was adorable that he sacrificed his kdr for mine.

When I was a Sargent, hell, even a First Class Sargent, I NEVER called anyone a hack. No one. Yet the majority of hackusations come from these ranks or below. The babies are getting vocal
I've been kicked for even joining a match. The curse of pros?
Also, things that make people rage.... Apparently you're a hacker of you nade them. Uh, hello people, ITS A ****ING EXPLOSION! You dont need to be right on top to die. Smh. -
I have a friend that got perma banned in '09 for "hacking" after someone submitted a video of him. He has never hacked in his life, and probably doesn't know enough about computers to do it if he tried. He was an amazing CS player, which says how good he must have been at this game! No amount of tickets we submitted would do anything; the GMs actually saw the video and deemed him a hacker.
Just trying to say, bad things can happen to good people. Be careful of morons getting mad and reporting you! -

GM's aren't supposed to ban on videos - theyre too easy to fake. I could easily make Saidin hack on video
I think we should be able to see how many times we've been reported... I'd love to see how many noobs actually report me. -

Its amazing how many idiots play Ghost Mode without so much as a basic understanding of the game.
If you move, we see you. If you sit still, we can hear you. But because they are both blind as well as deaf when they play as Global Risk themselves (and usually only get a kill by spraying at players that equally fail at this mode), they think that people that are more observant than they are, are all hackers.
Players should be forced to take some sort of tutorial exam before being allowed to play GM. If they fail the exam, they are not allowed to play GM, and have to re-take the exam the next month. This would eliminate at least 80% of the noobs that wrongfully accuse players of hacking, just because they are better than them. Not to mention the annoying sprayers that bring inappropriate weapons like Gatling guns and RPKs into the game, and ruin it for every pin pointer on their team. -

One of the best ideas I've heard on here, ever.
