Static Issues...

So lately I am getting this static sounds when playing Crossfire even if im not in a game I click on something the regular sound comes and then followed by a annoying static sound. The first time how I fixed it is I reinstalled it and it worked the first time. But when I opened it the second time it came back. So I was wondering if there is any way to fix this because I dont want to waste my internet reinstalling Crossfire everytime....

Have you noticed whether or not this happens with anything else? I almost sounds like you have something going on with your sound card settings. I had that issue when I had my "line in" un-muted once.....

Uhh my line in is muted and no one else has this problem... Im really getting annoyed please help!

Can you explain me what the " Annoying " sound, sounds like? I think I had this problem before but now its fixed.

Well when I play a game any sound in there like walking shooting picking up stuff or even in lobbys when i click the rooms, you will hear the sound but its in a bad quality and then a static noise of it comes right after. Cant concentrate because of that...
