...Stat Reset BP ITEM

I bought the W/L K/D reset item from the Item Mall for BP and it took my BP but my stats aren't reset....I bought it a few days ago... HELP?

Mall ----> My Items ( Says at the right side ) ----> Click K/D Reset then press [USE] ( Same thing you have to do with W/L Reset )
