recently i won fr-f2 and i couldn't find him in storage and today i exchanged mp7a1 and the same thing and also zm crate prizes. so i'm sure it's GLITCH, can you clarify this GM thanks!

Its because you have too many weapons in your inventory, you can open a ticket in support to remove some, in the future purchasing excess amounts of M4A1-Silvers just to have them is not a good idea.
