  • First do not even bother to ask for GM/Mod ingame or on forum, because it shows how immature you are by asking for higher ranks/positions.

Second you don't even speak standard English.

Third you need to knowledge coding, web development and everything that is to do with a software.

Fouth if they want any Mod/GM ingame/forum they will notice you before do so.
Tbh Z8 ain't looking any more staff, since they are already enough staff to handle the server and forum.

With enough effort, time, dedication, and maturity, you can become MOD by being a helpful and active forumer. Of course, considering the huge pool of players that can be chosen from, the chances of you getting it are slim, but by acting in a way that pleases MODs and GMs will increase your chances.

As for obtaining GM, that's essentially impossible unless you wish to work as a full-time employee for Z8Games.

Noooooo. Definitely not. Ask pretty much all of the Mods except for 9 and Hi and they will tell you otherwise.

Give me a better explanation, preferably one that doesn't use excessive swearing and insulting.

    You'll learn eventually....
  • I actually do know how to become MOD, and I know who the next MOD is going to be.

This "help the community" thing that people assume is the reason, yeah that's completely wrong. Phoenix or myself would have been MODs long ago if it were true.

The GMs are actually employed by G4Box, if you want to be a GM you have to apply with a resume, just like any other regular job.

  • Next MOD is... drumroll

    3rd sexiest voice in CF.

and Gods you should be MOD, but nice guys always finish last.

Nope, I thought it was going to be him as well, I actually recently learned how to become a MOD, but it makes sense why the next one is going to be who it is.

Since I've learned how things work here, I would not take a MOD spot if they begged me (unless they completely change how they choose MODs and change their entire system around).

9 is wonderfully wonderful. Idk about Hi nor do I care. ;P

  • I'm not a nice person.

Sorry, just had to say that.

The next MOD is SirPano guys.

Being a moderator isn't simply helping out. Like at any other workplace, it's being active, and volunteering prior to the actual job. Get to know the staff better. Most mods become mods because they know the other mods, and can work with them. It's not be a suck up if you're getting to know them better. We don't look for people we don't know.

What I look for: Activity, and known on the forums.

The next moderator has my full support, but then again, nobody knows when or how or who, or even if he or she is coming.

Sim, you spelled a lot of stuff wrong and you have improper grammar. :D

This is probably one of the more accurate statements done so far on this thread from Pancakes.

@Jafri, if you want to know, I became the largest benefactor for Z8 by buying them out in an under-the-table transaction. I leave most of the their operations be, only choosing to serve as a moderator as one step closer to world domination.
    ^Joke. <3 u <--true

Your recent reactions towards me makes me think otherwise...

OT: Gonna close this up mostly because it's a discussion not worth having for the time being. We don't want people to know on how to become a MOD because frankly if people did know then that would alter the person's true behavior in order to achieve the MOD status and possibly revert to their previous self... which may not have been something we were looking for in the first place.

It's an open secret really if people REALLY REALLY want to know, and that's mostly with activity. Your actions help or hinder you.
