So frustrated

So i forgot my account info for my main character, i know the password just not the log in account name so been on here for about 3 hours trying to find my characters name and trying to log on my main. Finally ended up finding his name xNERD--RAGEx BUT it still doesnt help me find the account name... Ive put in a ticket asking if i can have the account name of the character but not sure if ill get help or how long its gonna take for them to get to it.


I just wanna play some CF lol, been so long since ive got on so i guess im kinda venting but anyone know how long it usually takes for them to get back to ya? if its minutes or hours or even days? AND is there anyway i can see the account name of my character just by knowing his in game name?

Did i mention i got the m4a1 silver and m4a1 custom on that account?
