Find it absolute right that no one ranked uper then a yellow bar can get anything from black market.I spend 400+ dollars to prove it. I found all royal holders are less than this rank. Normally, thats because the Z8 company are focus on the new rokie groups as they are their potential consumer. They satisfy them priorily. But how do we think? SO, NEVER GET IN BLACK MARKET IF UR RANK IS THAT HIGH!

Your so wrong. Im lt. col 8th class and just won royal mauser a week ago, on top of the stakeout,2 patriots,and 2 de camos I've won in the past month. Its all bout luck.I also spent no where near $400 to get all of those items

There is no rank restriction on when you can or can not win weapons. It is a random system. I apologize you have had bad luck, but there is nothing preventing you from winning. In any case, this thread doesn't need to stay open and stir up others into thinking the same thing. My apologies for your bad luck. Keep trying!
