I need help with my video...

And if you go to the gameplay part(halfway throught or so) and look at the boarders there black....how can i fix this?
I record with fraps
I edit with sony vegas 10
I noiced the height and weight which is currently:
720 height
480 weight
Should i change that bigger or is it something whit fraps?
I really want movie makers who use sony vegas to repley thank you...

When you press pan on a video clip there's a part where it says aspect ratio (im not sure cause im not on the computer with sony on it) switch to No and your vid will stretch throughout the screen.
You could also try putting yt:crop=16:9 in tags for your yotube vid. -
In addition to what phraze said:

The first one is when you render the movie. Make sure you tick that box and select the correct render type (16:9 I guess for HD).
The second is when you rightclick your videofile when you're editing it, and you untick the "maintain aspect ratio" what phraze mentioned.

haha didn't know that I could of just clicked at the end use to do it clip by clip thanks for the tip

I still need help....i tired stretchi g it in sony vegas by going to:
Event pan crop>(The thing to stetch it idk what its called)> from yes to no...
Then on youtube i put the tag: yt:stretch:16.9
Its still not working
Note: i tired this on my gold katana video tags are still there... -

Press the "Print Screen" on your keyboard when you have the menu open in Sony Vegas.
Go to Paint, press CTRL + V (or go to edit > paste).
Save the image and upload it to wherever you want (tinypic.com or imageshack.us or whatever).
