  • The transaction ID's should be in your email that your CF account is registered to.
  • The transaction ID's should be in your email that your CF account is registered to.
not for ugcs. they require an email before going further with the purchase, they've got a message that asks you to put in your email in which you'd like the receipt/transaction ids to deposit into.

edit: why don't you just click on 'my account' and change your password there like any other person would?

or have you forgot the email and sq in which is registered/attached to your acc?
  • Check you'r email and please stop making new threads about your account problems, no one on the forums can help you

    Scenario:

You opened a ticket citing the wrong account. Answer was given (account does not exist).

You opened another ticket with information. More information was requested by our support staff.

You opened a third ticket with the same request as the previous ticket. You were then told to please refer to the answer given in the previous ticket.

So please go back into your support tickets and look at the answer given, in order to prove the full ownership we required more information from you. However instead of trying to reply to that you just opened up a new ticket. Those get closed in this case because we're trying to keep everything in one chain of conversation.
  • what he said ^

opening a new ticket affects the support staff more then you because you're just repeating things they already know and they have to probably sort through the other tickets and connect them? idk that's my idea of how it works <<< don't quote me on this
  • Ok apoligies. On the first one I accidently put in my IGN not my log in id :P
