This game is hosted in North America and United Kingdoms because Z8 holds the license to host the game in those regions. Sponsors and advertisers are expecting the player base to be North Americans and United Kingdom's citizens, so the offers and ads are for them.
Egyptians and other countries are guest in this version of CF that are allowed to play, they are not the target customer base. Many of the Survey providers in this version are NA/UK companies and are not likely to have branches elsewhere. They don't make profit by advertising or taking surveys from a region they don't do business in.
Would you waste advertising on a place that is most likely unable to buy your product?
That is what the surveys and ZP offers are, advertisements. -

How do go so long without sleeping, the most i can go is 30 hours before i crash for about 20 hours of sleeping (on average I spend more of my day sleeping and napping then I am awake) -

Insomnia is a common symptom of A.D.H.D (that is what the medication was for(The A.D.H.D not the sleeping)).
I'm used to going 2-3 days with out sleeping if needed, I also only sleep for a couple hours at a time. -

Eh, i find that people tend to post randomly like this guy if there from Australia or India or some other random country asking z8 for them to make them a server, when they don't realize how servers just don't just poof out of know where, plus since this guy is Egyptians would be ever think of why there might not be things in his country because of the problems they have over there?
Some times i wish people would just use there brains, but natural it's asking for too much like always. -

A decent server to host a game would be in the $20,000-$40,000 range, they would also need to buy/rent a building space to host it, buy a internet connection to it, get the license from the Devs to host this version there, get legal permission to host the game there from the government, hire people to manage and monitor the server, and pay any remainder bills that I may be forgetting.
We're looking at a possible down payment of around $100,000-$200,000 just to start it up and a upkeep of $10,000-$30,000 a month to keep it running. -

In school for my CNS associates Degree. CNS stands for Computer Network Systems.
Have had A LOT of research assignments about servers (cost to buy, cost to maintain, the statistical data, etc...). Most of this is estimating but it is a educated guess. -
