How can i prevent lagging? I can't play with lag its really annoying

Please help me so i can get better again

Is there people using your internet at home? Did you put pass in it? How many GB is it a month? Do you got anything opened? Are you downloading something? Is the person that use your Internet download something? Do you got Virus in your PC?..

Run CCleaner too..

The lag is a server problem...not his internet or hardware...

i have the same problem in uk server 85-120 ping
in alpha server 190-220 ping
but when some 1 is downloading i get 5k ping lol see that
