patch from 22.09.2009 Problem with video Settings

Hi all, i need help to fix my problem.
After the Patch yesterday i cant make my korrekt Videosettings.
The problem is... that i play all the time in window menu mode, when i start a game or join in a game i have allredy the window menu mode and that was good, now after the patch the make me all the time a fullscreen? i dont know where i can find the settings to block the fullscreen. in game settings i dont can make it, i try all but all dont goes.
I have an nvidia gtx260 and an flatron w2242T lg monitor with xp , and i dont want to play with fullscreen? what i can do to fix this? thank you all.

Playing the game (once you join a game) in windowed mode was never the intention of the game. As such there is no option to run the game in a window unless you alt-tab out and find a way to run it in windowed mode manually.
