If 500 kills with no deaths didn't change it then 500 kills isn't even 1% of your deaths.
Lets say you have 70,000ish kills with a 1.29 KDR, that would be about 54,263 deaths.
You would need 542 more positive kills with no deaths just to increase from 1.29 to 1.30.
It takes a long time and lots of skill to increase KDR after a point with out farming. -

Took me 3 months to increase my KDR from 2.21 to 2.25.
77,635 Kills, 34,503 Deaths.
My KDR was 1.96 about a month ago. I was playing many orbital station matches, so my KDR was increasing quite fast. Yesterday I only needed 60 more kills above 2 KDR to get my ribbon. It was a bad joke that I played every day for hours to get some kills above 2 KDR and yesterday, when my KDR was finaly close to 2, this no death counting thing appeared... -

I subtracted 500 kills and 100 deaths from your current stats. Your kdr yesterday with the reduction was 1.2873, which rounded up to 1.29. 1.2943 is your current kdr, which is why you didn't notice a change. -

My estimate was close.
At 55472 deaths you need a positive 554 kills to change just 0.01.
your at 1.29 KDR with 71801 kills/55472 deaths.
To increase it to 2.0 you either need to farm 39,143 kills or maintain a constant 3.0+ in all games in till you get a additional 117,424 Kills/39,141 Deaths.
Hard isn't it. -

It just weird because it been like this for 8 months now. -

Well that just means your not doing well enough to change it.... If your trying for the 2.0 ribbon then you should just do a reset will be a lot easier if you actually get an average daily KD of over 2.0.
