Custom's Reload

Before the patch, it took about 3 seconds to reload the m4 custom, now it takes twice as long.

It reloads with the same animation as before, but now it has a delay of 2-3 seconds before it can shoot. I want the old reload speed back, all my other guns have the same reload speed. Now every time I reload, I'm dead, even if I take cover because the enemy can get to me before I'm done reloading. Change the reload speed back, this is ridiculous. The m4 custom is not a big advantage over the other common rifles, it has the same magazine size as the normal m4, why did you nerf it?
