I have bought A Axe for 50 coupons a long time ago and i had raised up enough coupons to buy psg red dragon. Someone got into my account and bought an m4 custom with the coupons ever since i have had the m4 custom but i dont use it cause i dont like it. I would like to know if u guys can do exchange for coupons or switch with another gun?

Only if the time is before 48 hours after the exchange can you have your coupons refunded.

as stated, you can only request a refund for a coupon exchange that has occurred within 48 hours of the actual exchange.
