Arm Muscle
I noticed something awfully strange about my arm muscle/tendon/whatever.
If I press my forearm tightly against my biceps, about 2 seconds later, I will feel a tingle, and it feels extremely weird, and somewhat painful.
If I pull my forearm away from my biceps, I feel a strong pull, as if something is about to snap, and then it goes away.
I've only done it a few times, mostly by accident, because I don't want anything in my body snapping on me.
Any explanations?

I've felt the tingle after, after I lift excessive amounts of weight such as after curling.
It tends to go away very fast.
The pull could be the straining of a muscle.
I don't experience pain though. I heavily recommend you get it checked out. If you're American, you have insurance. If you're Canadian, you're all set. -
You have really weak Triceps.
And have only been working your bicep. I'm guessing you train. Do tricep exercises instead of only doing one sided biceps. This is the case with every muscle.
I used to have this problem before I started break dancing.
