X-trap 01-0400-00000000-039

Had this game uninstalled for a while and thought to give it a go today, just downloaded it and hit the start button. I come faced with a error message with the X-TRAP thing.
Get a error:
01-0400-00000000-039
"The game security module doesn't have normal version file."

I have no clue why this would be, I just downloaded the game so I don't see why I would have a outdated or a abnormal version of the file. This is for the North American version of the game. It let me take a screen capture of it so I just went ahead with it. Here it is:

Any help would be utmost appreciated.
(Yes I turned me firewall off to make sure it wasn't the problem and made sure my anti-virus software allowed the program to run)

Have you tried deleting the Xtrap folder then restarting the game?

Pathway:
(C:/Program files (x86)/z8games/cross fire/xtrap)

Went into the folder and deleted the Xtrap folder and the game didn't even want to run after that. Do you think I should just try to re-download the game again?

Quite literally what I said, I hit Start game and then nothing happens thereafter.

Alright, the game works now. To fix this problem all I did was install the game again and now it works perfectly.
