Wait for them to reply. It usually takes 48 hours for them to reply.

Ohhh ok, so it should be 48 hours by 7;00 PM in my place. But the ZP should be straight forward.

This is like the 10th time I bought ZP ( I guess .. ) and I usually get it straight away like you. This is the first time I'm having this problem.
