I Bought an ultimate game card code and it didn't work

i have recently purchased a 20$ ultimate game card and activated the code . It said the transaction has been completed and $2.51 has been placed to my account . I went on crossfire and the Zp wasn't there . Why is this , where is the zp ? Please help !

relog on crossfire/make sure you put it on the right account

Send in a support ticket here Account → Billing Issues → Didn't Recieve Zp (Fill the rest out from there).

Try relogging on CF it might appear now because it doesn't happen instantly, if not send a support ticket.
