I say there is a patch tonight because Saidin normally waits til like, the latest possible time, to tell us about a coming change.
he says that the PSG-1 RD will be rotated out, and that you BETTER get yours NOW if you want one, because its being changed out soon.
Tomorrow's Thursday, and therefore we MAY have new content this time tomorrow!

There was tons of complaints about the removed combat axe etc, so they announced it a bit earlier now.
I`m pretty sure there won`t be any patch tonight.
