Ok wtf just happened i hit alt + tab on crossfire and opened google chrome next thing i know
Crossfire turns off and it says, You have been block from the server for 0 days 0 hours and 0 minutes..... wth just happened respond quick please.

It's just a bug; you are not banned, nor will you lose your "honorable soldier" ribbon. Restart CF.

Happens to me..I was in a clan war and got an error when i came back after pressing alt+tab :P.
Like others sayin, simply relog. Nothing is going to be banned and your ok broski!
