The only disadvantage of age is reflex time, but the increase in experience often makes up for this (staying calm tends to help too ;p).
Seen some 40+ players, but mostly they seem to be 15-30, the younger ones don't count of course.
You Are totaly right.. i feel like my brain LAAGGGSS somtimes
so add 100 ms to my original 95 ms net ping.. that means im totaly lagger

58 Years Old
I`ve been playing CF off and on since 2009, I`m the oldest member of my clan (World Wide), I`m 58 and i have Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, but i still play this game fairly well i have a 2.22 K/D and i also have a Honorable Player Ribbon i got lucky and won a Kriss early in the game and i do real well with it. Since i can`t do key combos to move and jump at the same time , i have had to rely on being fast and accurate, like the kriss lol and i have a real itchy trigger finger lol.
I`m a Major in rank and a clan LT. I have lots of fun in here when i get to play only honest and skilled players lol tho we still have a lot of hackers.
I`m pretty sure i`m one of the oldest player as i have not yet met anyone older yet.
My in game name is Rico53 ( born1953).So if you see me , join me for a round or too , or anyone in our clan ,we dont allow hackers in our clan so you can always get a good game with us. -
Well, believe it or not, although it does take time to "be a Pro" at anything at life, there is more to it when it comes to FPS (fighting games as well). So who are the old Gamers on CrossFire, or should I say the real Pro's.
It's funny to hear a kid of 14, calling himself a Pro.
What they don't get, is it takes time to be a Pro at anything in life.
Any were from 10yrs to 15yrs, or even more yrs then that.
CrossFire is a game for all ages, not just for the young....Right MOD dot.
Learning maps/strats/the game system (crossfire's strafe/gun recoil patterns etc., etc.) is up to the player. So that could go from years to someone just pubbin to a week per map to someone perceptive scrimmin/'mirin/studying with experienced people.
Aim - Partly a natural thing, partly mental. Natural as in - can you do it fast or can't you? Mental - learn not to panic and just shoot when you hear/see but put it exactly to their face/body.
Reflex - not exclusive to but heavily associated with age. I think it's somewhere around 16-19 that you're becomming faster and 20-25 that you're at you're fastest. So yes, while a more experienced driver will do better than a younger one and their age have a lower incident of crashes (comparable to idk, bomb defuses/plants team-wipeouts in S&D), that person was better 'in their prime', that peak age. It's just like, your mind, body n science n shet. Once totally developed and amidst being done growing up not yet growing old - it's fastest. -
I'm 44 and enjoy playing the game..good fun if my son is online too..i can outgun him in pistol matches but he gives it to me on sniper maps..he's almost 15.
Makes me laugh some of the macho flames that get spouted by disgruntled often (likely) immature players...they are just growing up..and all that talk doesn't make you shoot better lol...keep up the good work banning hackers and i'll keep playing and buying zp to help fund development as I am old enough to realise that NOTHING in life comes for free...good luck to you all -
Would that be any different than a 30 year old calling him/herself a pro? Considering the game has only been out for like, 3-4 years. So who are the old Gamers on CrossFire, or should I say the real Pro's.

Mhm, what i'm thinking is
if a 30 year old starts playing and has experience in the game for 1 day,
and a 16 year old started playing since beta,
Who is the pro one? -
With no disrespect to any older players or crossfire, why CF? I mean there are much better games out there that involve a maturer community and overall better game play.
(derp)
Maybe they enjoy this game, idk. I have played A.V.A (One of the best looking games out there.) down to operation 7. But I come back to this game for the game style and just pure memories. I've played since open beta and don't intend on stopping any time soon
