Noxx looking to pick up 2

Looking for 2 dedicated players to be up for playing basically every day in order to prepare for upcoming leagues and such.
You should probably already know what I'm vaguely looking for, but the more important things are:
1. Have mumble and a mic
2. Be willing to play when I ask
3. Don't give up after one scrim loss. Nothing big was ever accomplished in a day.

I'm primarily looking for solid riflers.
