Help!!!

So, here is my story. My cousin saw me playing CF and he said cool game then he want to download it and play with me. Besides he download it he want me to cop the "Crossfire setup 1088" to USB and paste it in his PC. Everything was fine from installing, opening games, joining rooms, no errors... But when he click Join game, the screen turn to black and you cant do anything, u just can see your mouse. So he Alt+Tab out side and he saw alot pop-up messages like:
MISSION_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
CLIENTBASICPLAYERINFO_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
ITEM_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
TP_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
MODELNODE_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
BOTNAME_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
WEAPON_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
MATCH_ITEM_INFO_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
DISTRIBUTIONBOX_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
GP_BUTE_FILE Loading Failed
And then i told him to uninstall CF and download it directly to his PC. But he can't solve the problem, the same thing happened.
Any suggestions for my cousin's problem? I would appreciate.
He have all the requirements...

    Mhhh.... seems to be a problem with the files :? he got from you....!
    But I can´t help you if I only got so few inforamtions. May you could describe the errors better and when they appear. If you can´t do this, post a screenshot here which shows those errors. If I can`t help you, you should/have to contact the support and youll recieve a support ticket(You should do it already now, its not garuanted that I can help you :]). They will help you.

    i already send a support ticket to them but they cant help they told me to go here so i can find some helps... but sure i will try to post some screen shots...

    Try to reinstall the game.

    First uninstall, and remove all traces of the game.
    Then restart your computer.

    After your computer restarts, go to the Crossfire downloads page here:
    http://crossfire.z8games.com/downloads2.aspx

    Before anything, disable your anti-virus and firewall.

    Now download and install the game.

    Re-enable protection after the installing process finishes, and add the necessary exceptions for CF to both your antivirus and firewall.

    And maybe just before you start it, right click on the shortcut go to properties, go to the compatibility tab, and have checked to "Run as Administrator"

    Now try running the game again.
