I bought ZP & Didn't received it.

Hi Z8games / Mods, I bought 20,000 ZP Approximately 15 minutes ago. When I log in to the game, I didn't received my ZP that I expected. I let my mom check her bank account if the money has been transfer & yes it had. Now I want my ZP badly.

Nope, still not. It's been 12 hours and 30 minutes since I bought the ZP & still didn't have it.

Create a ticket about it. Not sure how you bought it (with Paypal?), but try to get the transaction ID or something and add that in your ticket.

That way you have proof you bought ZP.
