Can anyone help me plz my main was keylogged i dont know who did it i have the email and question answer for that acc and screenie and it is hacked is there anyway i can get it back ?

Keylogged? Why? Did you used hack? Maybe you typed your username and password on some website
If not, send support ticket

how do i send ticket without logging into this acc i go in send ticket it ask info to recover this acc but not main it ask all the question from this acc recovery and not my main how can i send a ticket and not have to log in because it just look like im trying to recover this acc

You have a legitimate e-mail, right? Try using Lost Password so that the password would be sent on your email. Then change it as soon as you login

Heh, I don't believe those kind of programs. Most of them are not true.

pinoy do u have to log in to an acc to do that can u show me step by step how to do it plz? and yes i have all the email i ever use for the acc i even have an email send to me on the email showing the guythat hack me email showing that he change my email to his and change my pw

To understand that, the computer part of the Open task manager,
Ctrl - Alt - Delete by Open Windows Task Manager with.
Click on any Transactions.
services.exe 'next to read anything other than SYSTEM means the computer has a keylogger

The guy change my email to his and on my email i receive an email showing that he change my email to his and he change my pw and question how can i get my acc back i cant use my email i tried already it say that email is not registered because he changed mine to his so i cant use my email to recover pw because the acc is not under his email

Oh, so he did change the email? Well then you need to send a support ticket to recover it.
The mail said that if you didn't authorize the change, you could send a support ticket, right?

i did do that but i had to log in to send a ticket and when i did i went to account administration and it just ask info about the acc i logged into i think because the question was different because the question it ask was not mine but i filled out the date info when the acc was made and the current use email

at first, you must check your PC by that scanner. Check and delete all viruses from your PC. When, you must change your password. IF you can't do it - you must go to Support and make a ticket. Good luck.
