I believe the best weapon is M4 Spring because it has the fastest reload of all M4's and full wall bang.

good power(when ur close enuff to t-bag them)
98% of the people who use it says it takes skill to use
one of the few guns that can't be called a noob weapon
one of the best fun weapons there is in this game
