Nvidia 580 or 570 FPS QUESTION

I often get over 200 with my 550ti. I record with fraps at 30fps full size, and basically still get around 170 fps. Unless you need to record at 60+ fps, you don't need a 580 or even a 570. In addition, I only have a really old i7 860 2.8ghz back from 2010

I hit easy 200 fps on a 8v8 with my Nvidia GT 540M. If you are looking for a new GPU just for this game, that's not the way to go. This game uses cpu more than anything. -
I hope you are going to play some high end games with these cards, because even a toaster can run CF at 200fps
But if you want a card recommendation, I would go with a 7870

Seems to be faster than a 570 and can be easily overclocked to perform like a GTX580.
Or better yet, wait for the rest of Nvidia's 6xx cards to come out. -

It's not just for this game, i play other more consuming games on my brothers computer. My old desktop from 2006 is holding me back, i'll be getting some $$ this summer so a new computer will be perfect. -
This game doesn't care for GPU, literally at all.
Providing your rig isn't a bottleneck build, you'll hit the cap easily no matter how many people are in the room.Unless you need to record at 60+ fps, you don't need a 580 or even a 570.
Recording and capture is reliant on CPU, not GPU. -

-__- my friend told me it was based on gpu for capturing, so i should go for a better gpu than cpu. Now i'll punch him in the face.
