Didnt Get ZP.

Hello, I would like to post a problem I did a BMG survey and it didnt give me my ZP that I should have gotten (about 1,325). And I did like the website told me and I sent the email it provides for any issues. I followed the steps listing every thing and the (Screenshot). But I sent that email about 2 weeks ago and I have got nothing back from them. What do I do?
