i cant buy zp with my paypal account ?

i have 9.40 $ but when i click buy in the deposit page and after logging in
they told me ( To pay for this purchase right now, link a debit or credit card to your PayPal account.)
i dont have a debit or credit card so How can i buy zp ?
Please help there is no anothere way to get zp's with paypal ?

$9.40 in cash? There are many other ways to do it, such as buying giftcards and transfering them to zp, gamecards or phoning them.
