Email problem

Hello!

I got a E-Mail problem! I've changed my email and i forgot the password for that new emailadress. So i didnt active the link in the mail! And this new email isnt active now for my acc!
And now is the old email active either???

And when can I change the email to my newest email again??

Also how long takes this message with the link ? 24 hours???
