CF glitched my acc

my in game name is xXChavezXx and im a 2nd LT and im in the clan !Hostile!...
im here to report that my perm axe has disappeared off of my acc and it has not returned and it has been some time now...i wasted 60 cupons on it and i would like it back since it isnt there anymore or i would like my 60 cupons back Plz help me
