The event is 400 points in all Mutation-based games. This includes Mutation Mode, Hero Mode and Hero Mode X.

Also as a side note, the issue of the event page tracking games and not kills was changed on Saturday so it should be working fine.

The event runs until the end of today so there's still time to collect your Easter Grenades!

Nope, the points do not count if you either leave the game or get kicked.
