I know this is somewhat irrelevant to Crossfire, but I wasn't quite sure where else to ask about a problem like this.

I sent in a support ticket concerning some Z8 Points that were missing from my account. It was responded and "credited".

However, I never received credit.

I opened another ticket on the matter 27 days ago, but it was never responded to.

A week ago, I replied to the very same ticket, and I still have not received a response.

What should I do?

Open another ticket?
