Ignored tickets.

So has anyone ever gotten an actual written response on a ticket they sent in? One of mine got an automated response, and after I asked for a real response I have just been ignored. On my other, potentially more important ticket, I have just been all around ignored for 4 days.

    Just keep waiting for a response (GMs don't work on weekends). If you don't get one after a week, send in another ticket.

    What was your problem. If your account got hacked due to you trying to get free ZP/GP/Hacks or you gave away your info, they might ignore it because its your fault. Not saying that you did that though.
  • Eh one is for a password change because someone knows it. Thats my fault, but id still like it changed aha.
    I had forgotten totally about the weekend holidays, maybe I should just shut up and wait longer.

    Well your a lot luckier then me, but i'm pretty sure the support people hate me because I be sending support tickets a lot more often then you.

    Mainly because they banned every single alt account I have because my main account was made on my friends house which is a different IP address then my house, so there all like

    "OHHHHH WHATS THIS YOU HAS DIFFERENT IP ON THE PLACE YOUR ACCOUNT AND WHERE YOUR ALTS WERE MADE, YOU MUST BE AN IP ADDRESS HACKER"

    Basically sums up my history with support.
  • IP related issues should just be thrown out. Its to easy to Block/change your ip and to hard to prove its been done. Any account banned for that reason should not have been, Im shocked to hear that! :o
  • Heres the real reply i got to that support ticket i sent


    "The IPs: 24.137.83.96 and 24.137.81.202 were used to create alternate accounts from a proxy where they were caught hacking. As a result, all alternate accounts were closed that were made with this IP."


    The funny thing is that i never did hack, i just got a hack tool was banned for 7 days and lost all of my alts because of it, and the honorable soldier ribbon.

    Gotta love support, banning people for no reason and letting most of the hack tickets i sent still have honorable soldier ribbon.

  • I get hack tool detected daily and have never even googled CF hacks. Im glad I havent been banned for no reason ;D
  • Hrm I think 90% of my tickets received a automated response and some more than once, either that or support really blows.

    I have a feeling if you just keep replying to them while they are not closed, they will get actual responses eventually.

    No. Different IP's do not mean you get banned. I travel all the time and never have a problem on my accounts.

    This on the other hand is. If you used a proxy that has been reported as hacking on(even if you werent the one actually hacking) then all accounts get locked. Pretty simple stuff.

    No your not. Just wait for a response from support. No one on the forums can help you.
