Can't connect to server issue...

Hey, I'm bozo and I've just installed the game and I'm really excited to try it out.
But.. when I start running the game it starts of with a does not respond thingy, then it loads up normal. Then when it loads up completely and I get a sign-in screen and a ``Can't Connect to server``

:O And I have a Windows Vista computer if that helps.
Please respond and I will hopefully remember to check the thread whenever I can.
