account stolen
hey my account was recently stolen due to a keyloger i downloaded via my mail. I know everything they could ask me, but thats not the problem. My question is how could i send them a support ticket since i dont have access to my acc? also the scammer changed most of the info so if i give them the old info will this work?

send a support ticket on this account, stating everything that happened.
Include the old account info too: login id, password, security information, and provide proof you dl'd the keylogger from an e-mail.
Edit: i'm fairly sure they can't change your security answers, so these should remain the same. -

on topic:
i send the support the following:
login id
old password
sec answer
old email
purchasing info's
and a lot of screenies where its obvious that its my account.
also, some of the ss had my old ign's (just to prove that i had this acc from the beginning), but i hope that they have, in their database, some info that i changed my ign in time.
Will this help me enough to get my acc back? or do i need some moar info -

One thing though, don't attack people when they're stating a fair point. You shouldn't download anything if you don't know what it is. I have a feeling it was some sort of thing you downloaded which you shouldn't have (obviously since it was keylogged). -

They usually don't put keyloggers on pubs unless its a cracked vip. The other one are "zp racks." This one, I'm sure the OP downloaded it. -

i got a random keylogger from my mail. It was not related to crossfire at all >.>

OT: DON'T SEND IT TO TECH SUPPORT. It will get closed and u will lose 1 day.
Send it to Account => Account Administration and say these info's are for this acc :

Btw screenshots don't help cuz u...support doesn't accept them as proof.If u want ur acc back send them transaction id's and first password/email. If u give them those u will get ur acc back 120% -
