blackmarket glitch

i dont get it...

I noticed this too. First picture he's showing that in the # of coupons area it says you need 20 coupons (circle #20 with CF in it) for M4A1-adv, AWM-camo, SG552-camo but when you go to the actual coupon exchange area it's really 25 coupons (second picture).
