Problem with high ping

I and a lot of playeres have been experiencing a problem with high ping
on my individual case, my ping went from 49-60 (on us south server) to 160-220
and it won't get low no matter what I try.(restart router, modem, restart the pc)

Can you take a look at the issue, it seems that may have something to do with the latest patch.

This is Z8's reply to this issue. I sent them a ticket when the problem first occurred to me after the HeroX Patch:

Latency is something that is almost impossible to help with. There are many factors that can affect lag in game.

Our servers have not experienced any slow down, so the problems may be anything from internet traffic in your area, to the type of connection you have, to the speed of your computer.

Unfortunately the best advice we can give is to continue to play and keep monitoring your ping to see if it goes down.

So ya, they won't fix it.
